Chandler Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry, L.L.C., Imagen of Arizona, PLLC, together with its/their partner and affiliates, including Imagen Dental Partners, LLC (collectively referred to herein as, “Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) oversees this site (“Site”) and all related services (collectively, our “Services”). We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform all users (“user(s),” “you,” or “your”) about how we collect information in the course of conducting our business, including on the Site, how we use the collected information, and a user’s rights with respect to the collected information.

d. Google Analytics
We use a tool called Google Analytics to collect information about your use of this Site. Google Analytics collects information, including but not limited to how often users visit this Site, what pages of this Site users visit, and what other sites users access before coming to this Site. We use the information we receive from Google Analytics to improve the Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to your browser on the date of your visit instead of your name or other Personal Information. We do not combine the information we collect from Google Analytics with any other Personal Information. Although Google Analytics plants a cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user, that cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected through Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. In addition, we may use third‐party e‐mail providers to deliver communications to you. This is an opt-in e-mail program. If you no longer want to receive these e-mail communications, you may opt-out of receiving e-mail communications through the “unsubscribe” link.
4. Do We Sell Any of Your Personal Information?
We do NOT sell your Personal Information, including the Personal Information of any minors. We do not sell or otherwise trade the Personal Information that we collect from users of our Site.
5. How We Share Information
We may share Personal Information with the following parties:
- Corporate affiliates, including corporate parents, subsidiaries, other affiliated entities, and associated entities for the purposes described in this Policy which are required to treat the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy;

a. Cookies and Tracking Tools
Cookies are small files that a website may transfer to a user’s computer that reside there for either the duration of the browsing session (session cookies) or on a permanent, until-deleted basis (persistent cookies). Cookies may be used to identify a user, a user’s machine, or a user’s behavior. We make use of cookies on our Site to compile data about Site traffic to offer a better Site experience and to understand and save user preferences for future visits.

Our Site does not support DNT requests at this time.

10. Children’s Privacy
We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors are not using the Service(s).
11. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. We reserve the right to modify and update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an amended version of the statement on our Site. Please refer to this policy regularly.
